2012 Ford Mustang BOSS 302S

Building on the successful race history of the BOSS302, Ford Racing is providing Mustang enthusiasts an affordable way to road race with the introduction of the Mustang BOSS 302S. The limited production BOSS 302S will be the third competition car in Ford Motor Company’s history to be built at a Ford production facility and made available for racers to purchase through authorized Ford Racing dealers. The Mustang FR500S was the first race car built on a modern Ford production line followed by the NHRA legal FR500CJ, a.k.a. Cobra Jet.

The 440-hp Ford Mustang BOSS 302S was developed by Ford Racing engineers, and will be built at Auto Alliance International assembly plant in Flat Rock, Mich., the home of the Mustang.

The car is based on the street legal 2012 Mustang BOSS 302. The Mustang BOSS 302S is powered by a Boss 5.0-liter 4-valve Ti-VCT V-8 engine and includes a 6-speed transmission sourced directly from the BOSS 302 parts bin. Power is transferred to the rear wheels, via a T2 Torsen differential and 3.73 gears. The BOSS 302S suspension features two-way adjustable coil-over dampers and Ford Racing anti-roll bars in both the front and rear.

BOSS 302S aerodynamic updates include a unique fiberglass heat extracting hood, adjustable front splitter and adjustable carbon fiber rear wing. A retro styled BOSS 302 graphics package is included with each car and mimics the graphics from the original 1969 BOSS 302 program.

2012 Ford C-MAX

2013 Ford C-MAX Energi

Based on the new Ford C-MAX five-passenger multi-activity vehicle, Ford C-MAX Energi will offer more than 500 miles (800 kilometers) of overall driving range using the battery and engine – more than any other plug-in or extended-range electric vehicle. C-MAX Energi delivers better charge-sustaining fuel economy than Chevrolet Volt. Ford C-MAX Energi will use advanced lithium-ion battery systems developed and assembled in-house by Ford in Michigan. Each system is smartly designed to maximize use of common, high-quality components, such as control board hardware that has proven field performance in Ford’s current, critically acclaimed hybrid vehicles.

C-MAX Energi will benefit from daily charging to maximize its all-electric range. Thanks to the efficiencies of its right-sized battery system, the plug-in hybrid easily recharges 100 percent overnight on a 120-volt outlet. A full charge in C?MAX Energi allows owners to increase their driving significantly in all-electric mode and drastically reduce their use of the on-board fuel engine. On start-up, Ford C-MAX Energi will operate in charge-depletion mode, providing electric driving range. When the battery has been depleted or certain conditions are met, it switches to charge-sustaining hybrid mode for continued optimal fuel efficiency.

2013 Ford C-MAX Hybrid

Ford C-MAX Hybrid is based on the new Ford C-MAX five-passenger multi-activity vehicle, the C-MAX Hybrid models will be built alongside the all-new 2012 Ford Focus and Focus Electric at Ford’s Michigan Assembly Plant in Wayne, Mich. Li-ion battery packs offer a number of advantages over the nickel-metal-hydride (NiMH) batteries that power today’s hybrid vehicles. In general, they are 25 to 30 percent smaller and 50 percent lighter, which makes them easier to package in a vehicle, and can be tuned to increase power to boost acceleration or to increase energy to extend driving distance.

2011 Ford Fiesta Sport Special Edition

The new model boasts the most potent powertrain available in the current Fiesta line-up, alongside a powerful yet frugal 95PS Duratorq TDCi – which returns 107g of CO2 and a combined fuel economy of 4.1l/100km (57.4mpg).

The Duratec Ti-VCT petrol engine has an output of 134PS at 6,700rpm and produces 160Nm torque at 4,250rpm, combined with close-ratio gearing and a redeveloped exhaust system to give the Fiesta Sport Special Edition 0-100km/h (0-62mph) acceleration of 8.7 seconds and a top speed of 195km/h (122mph).

The Sport Special Edition includes further enhancements inside and out. A full styling kit, complete with lowered side skirts and distinctive spoilers for the front bumper and rear hatch, emphasise the Fiesta’s cutting edge Kinetic Design, while additional attraction comes courtesy of a silver-coloured front grille surround, aerofoil, fog lamp bezels and polished twin exhausts. The new model will only be available as a three-door, further amplifying the sporty style.

Panther Black alloy wheels complete the Ford Fiesta Sport Special Edition’s exterior upgrades, with 17-inch examples filling the sports arches on the petrol version and 16-inch alloy wheels for TDCi-equipped cars. Silver alloy wheels are also available as an option.

2012 Ford Mustang GT Blue Angels Edition

Ford “Blue Angels” Mustang pays tribute to 100 years of naval aviation, which will be celebrated all week at AirVenture 2011 as part of the show’s Tier 1 event status from the U.S. Navy tied to its yearlong Centennial of Naval Aviation festivities. The Ford Mustang GT Blue Angels Edition will be on display inside the Ford Hangar throughout EAA AirVenture.

The exterior of Ford’s “Blue Angels” Mustang GT was inspired by the acclaimed naval aviation performance demonstration team and the F-18 Hornet aircraft it flies. The car’s custom rear spoiler’s vertical tailfins, the “screaming yellow” gloss accents, inclusion of the Blue Angels script and crest all are drawn from the Navy aircraft. The unique chrome blue paint, courtesy of Creations n’ Chrome, is unlike anything available on a production vehicle anywhere in the world.

Under the hood, the Ford Mustang GT Blue Angels is all performance with a Ford Racing supercharged 5.0-liter V8 engine producing 624 horsepower. The Ford Racing components also include a handling pack, performance exhaust and racetrack brakes.

2012 Ford Focus ECOnetic

Focus ECOnetic, which will go on sale early next year is expected to use less than 3.5 litres of diesel per 100 kilometres. In addition, Focus ECOnetic is expected to deliver ultra-low CO2 emissions of less than 95g/km when certification is completed later this year.

Ford Focus ECOnetic is powered by a completely new 105PS version of the 1.6-litre Ford Duratorq TDCi diesel, which has been optimised for enhanced fuel efficiency, with a new injection system and turbocharger, enhanced charge cooling and further friction reduction measures. The 1.6-litre ECOnetic diesel is paired with Ford’s 6-speed Durashift manual transmission, which is also used in other new Focus models with the 1.6-litre TDCi engine.

The Focus ECOnetic also benefits a number of additional low-CO2 features which have been developed specifically for this model including a unique aerodynamic package with an Active Grille Shutter, ultra-low rolling resistance tyres and a revised final drive ratio.

The ECOnetic model features, as standard, the innovative Active Grille Shutter – an advanced new system that optimises aerodynamics by using vents to control airflow through the grille to the cooling system and engine compartment.

2012 Ford Territory

Externally, significant changes to Territory’s styling have resulted in a stunning new look. At the front, the vehicle uses an all-new tri-plane front-end architecture. The new trapezoid-shaped main grille is one of the new Ford Territory’s most noticeable updates. This larger, lower grille in a unique three-bar design connects with the slim-line treatment given to the upper grille opening, a feature which sees the famous Ford roundel now surrounded by its own elegant winged structure.

2011 Ford Transit SuperSportVan

Transit SuperSportVan (SSV) is powered by a 5-cylinder 3.2-litre Duratorq TDCi engine which outputs 200 PS and 470Nm of torque between 1700 rpm and 2500 rpm. In comparison, the standard Transit SportVan is based on the popular 260, short wheelbase model with front wheel drive, a 140HP 2.2-litre TDCi diesel engine and a six-speed transmission.

2012 Ford F-150 Harley-Davidson

2012 Ford Harley-Davidson F-150 offers a bold front fascia and six-bar billet-style bright chrome grille, and it boasts “Harley-Davidson” bright chrome badging. The truck also has a lowered appearance with a standard, fully integrated deployable running board.
